How do I add a new property?

After signing in, go to your properties and click "Add Property". You'll need your property's URL from Booking.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your organization as an admin → You can cancell individual properties on the Properties tab or your full subscription by going to the Billing tab and pressing "Cancel All Subscriptions". All your historical data will be erased the moment you cancel.

When will I receive my first analysis?

Trial users receive their analysis within minutes. Subscribers receive monthly reports automatically on the first day of each month for the previous month's reviews.

Do you support multiple languages?

Yes! Our AI analyzes reviews in any language and provides insights translated into your preferred language.
